Meanpixel - Frequently Asked Questions

How do I pay?
You can pay MeanPixel using your debit or credit card or via PayPal, Moneybookers. We can also accept payment via direct bank transfers. For other payment options please contact us.

When do I pay?
You will be asked for a 50% deposit in order that we can begin to commence the work. Once the draft is finalised and you are happy for the work to proceed you will be asked for the remaining 50% of the balance. Payment must be received no more than 5 days after the final draft has been agreed by the Client.

Why do I have to pay a deposit, what if I don't like the work?
There is a very simple reason for design companies doing business this way - our time is money. If we undertake work for you then we are committing to spending time designing the work, investigating how we are going to build you a unique design. We need an equal commitment from our clients.

Is the deposit returnable if I don't like the work?
No. MeanPixel will have spent time working on your project. If you don't like what you see in the draft then simply tell us, this way we can strive to give you something that is closer on the next draft. Please remember we are designers we are not likely to know your business so its important to tell us your requirements and provide us with as much information as you can before the drafting begins.

Are there any hidden costs?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. Our prices NOT subject to V.A.T .The only exception would be if the original brief changed dramatically in scope or direction. However, we would explain this to the customer if it happened.

Does MeanPixel design internationally?
Yes we design for many different companies, large corporate companies to eBay sellers right across the globe. You may need to either pay by bank transfer or PayPal. MeanPixel has already designed for clients in the UK, US, Germany, France, Netherlands, Hungary, Australia, Bulgaria, Spain and Romania.

Do you keep all work on file?
Yes we do. All our work is archived and kept for you in case you come back to us to get something updated.
